be serious about lacking of water is an environmental poster by Iranian poster designer Behnam Raeesian. The work transforms the silhouette of a water tap into a gun-like aircraft form, combining the imagery of water, violence, and machinery to comment on water scarcity as a future source of conflict and social pressure.

The poster was documented in the Persian Garden poster exhibition context at Michigan State University and shared by the artist in 2017. According to the artist, the work had also been shown earlier in South Korea, though current documentation for that presentation is not available. The poster belongs to Raeesian’s early body of environmental and social poster works, using minimal black-and-white symbolism to turn a resource crisis into an image of threat.
